I recently had the pleasure of working with Diana Jorgenson at Ethan Allen, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From our initial consultation to the final reveal, Diana demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. When I originally met Diana, my husband and I had just finished a remodel and had a whole house to furnish. I mentioned that I was looking for some swivel rockers and showed her some photos of my home. From that point on, she completely helped me design almost every room in the home, transforming our space into a cohesive and stunning environment. Her ability to listen to my ideas and transform them into a balanced and gorgeous design exceeded my expectations. Diana Jorgenson was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain different options and providing valuable insights that truly elevated the overall aesthetic of my home. What impressed me the most was Diana's commitment to ensuring that every element of the design reflected my personal style while also maintaining the timeless elegance that Ethan Allen is known for. Additionally, Diana was instrumental in helping me overcome my husband's objections, effectively addressing his concerns and incorporating his preferences into the design. This collaborative approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable for both of us. Diana also made personal visits to my home both to see the space we were working with and to help ensure furniture was placed in the appropriate locations. This hands-on approach was incredibly helpful and demonstrated her dedication to achieving the perfect result. One memorable instance was when Diana presented me with an idea for a guest room. I wanted more sass, and she quickly revised the drawing to come up with an alternative that I loved. Additionally, I showed her some artwork I wanted to include. As a first-time homebuyer, I wanted my home to feel elegant, intentional, and truly me, but I didn't know where to start. Working with Diana Jorgensen at Ethan Allen has been the best experience I've ever had with any furniture store. From day one, Diana treated my home as if it were her own. She is genuinely invested in my design, pays close attention to detail, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every space feels elevated and cohesive. She doesn't just suggest pieces; she helps envision the room as a whole, and her expertise has brought so much character, warmth, and sophistication into my home. I also have to highlight that Ethan Allen's furniture quality is exceptional. The craftsmanship and durability are on another level, and I now understand why the brand has such a strong reputation. It’s tempting to buy cheap furniture but each time I buy Ethan Allen (exclusively at the Roseville showroom) I’m always reminded why it’s 100% worth it. The quality and craftsmanship is one thing but the service of the team there is incredible. My recent experience with Jennifer Atristain was nothing short of amazing—from her guidance when selecting the best bed and mattress, to the exceptional follow-up and post-purchase process. I will not only continue to purchase Ethan Allen furniture, but will keep referring to friends and family as well!

My husband and I had an outstanding experience working with Dylan Bradley at Ethan Allen. His expertise in design, his professionalism and the follow up was excellent. Dylan listened to our wants in updating our great room and his suggestions in choosing fabrics, accessories and decor, created a stunning room we are absolutely thrilled with. The quality of Ethan Allen furniture, Dylan’s talent in design, and the wonderful delivery team, has been fantastic! We will look to Dylan and Ethan Allen for any future furniture needs.

Highly recommend Dylan Bradley, one of the designers at the Ethan Allen Roseville location. He helped me with selecting furniture and fabrics to work with existing pieces and gave me some great ideas to work with what I had and what to add. He has a lovely personality and is so pleasant to work with. No pics yet as I'm waiting for some things to be delivered.

Hugo and Kenneth have been amazing!! They have been to my home countless times to deliver furniture as it comes in and have always been professional kind and respectful, always willing to help with placement and ensuring satisfaction each and every time. Hugo is extremely attentive with making sure all furniture pieces are delivered without defect or damage. I have thoroughly received exceptional customer service from my delivery team!

Ethan Allen did a great delivery, very smooth and professional. Their furniture is amazing, very comfortable and durable. I love the “incliner” option in my new sofa. Better than recliner because you don’t need to allow space behind the couch. I still have an Ethan Allen couch that I bought about 20 years ago that is still comfortable and looks good. I highly recommend the furniture, I also have a comfy chair with footstool, still in perfect condition after 20 years!! Maybe a little pricey but well worth it!

My recent experience with the Ethan Allen store in Roseville and my designer Jennifer has been exceptional. Jennifer has taken the time to get to know me and what I wanted to achieve in furnishing and decorating my new home. Her expertise was essential in blending new selections with my existing pieces. I also very much appreciate that she has always been available to respond to my many questions throughout this journey. Lastly, I want to mention that my custom order furniture was finished much quicker than I anticipated. 5+ stars!!
